Charlotte graduated from Harvard Law School in 2011, then clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She was an appellate litigation associate at Jones Day for 5 years, and a litigation associate at Katten Muchin for 3 years. She then decided to have an adventure and leave the law to open a small business called Santa Monica Beach Volleyball, which offers beach volleyball classes for adults in Santa Monica. Due to COVID, the business is temporarily closed, but was a big hit while it was open from January through March 2020. Now, Charlotte is in house counsel at Westfield, the shopping mall operator.
Charlotte has been on the Board of FVAP for five years. These troubled and uncertain times make it even more important that survivors of domestic violence get the help they need. FVAP offers the highest caliber of pro bono legal assistance at the appellate level, and ensuring our work continues is of vital importance.
