Fighting for Access to Justice:
Court Reporter Shortage Lawsuit

The California Supreme Court has accepted our case — a huge step forward in the fight to address this constitutional crisis. Our legal team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to protect constitutional rights for all. 

Earlier this month, 13 organizations and experts filed powerful amicus briefs in support of our lawsuit, underscoring what’s at stake.
