Description
(1) Using technology to watch and follow a person, such as by installing a tracking app on their phone, is a legally recognized form of stalking.
(2) Someone who has committed stalking or other acts of abuse poses a threat of future harm and so should be ordered to move out of a shared home, even if the victim already left the home to avoid abuse.
