Post Trial Motions Cheat Sheet

After a hearing is over, you may have some options if you feel that the judge made the wrong decision and the outcome of your case should be different.  This tip sheet discusses several motions – called post-trial motions – that you can file in family court after the hearing is over to try to get the judge to change the order.
