Ex-husband who signed I-864 support affidavit for ex-wife before marriage was still bound to provide that support following divorce; Ex-wife's SNAP benefits and foreign pension count as income to her, reducing ex-husband's support obligations (though state can recovery public benefits from ex-husband under the I-864)
