Temporary judge in dissolution proceeding had jurisdiction to issue DVRO; DVROs may be obtained as part of a dissolution, are not automatically considered an ancillary proceeding; §6380 DVRO cannot be a non-CLETS order, CLETS registration is mandatory - remedy is to reissue the order as CLETS, not to vacate the order; DVRO obtained in dissolution may protect non-parties (e.g. husband's live-in girlfriend)
