In abuser's criminal trial, child victim's hearsay statements to school teachers were admitted as evidence but the child did not testify; Admission of child's statements did not violate Confrontation Clause - not testimonial due to circumstances including child's young age and that he was talking to teachers rather than law enforcement; Mandatory reporting laws do not justify regarding teachers as state investigatory agents
