Feminism can be a political opinion for the purposes of asylum; Asylee's political opinion must be a central reason for violence against her, but need not be the only reason - domestic violence motivated in part by outspoken feminism is grounds for asylum even though the violence is also motivated by relationship dynamics; Foreign government's toleration of violence against feminists showed it was unwilling/unable to control persecution
