Description

Holding that: (1) time for appealing the superior court's orders on parties' competing requests for civil harassment restraining orders against each other was not tolled during time that the courthouse was closed due to the corona virus pandemic; and (2) emergency order issued during time that courthouse was closed during corona virus pandemic, specifying that 30 days would be added to time for undertaking actions, was not a tolling provision but extended deadlines 30 days from when they otherwise would have expired.
