Description

The presenters will cover specific cases published in 2021 by the California Courts of Appeal and the federal Ninth Circuit Court that affect survivors of domestic violence. The presenters will go over the important facts in the cases, what the court decided, how it came to its decision and how these cases can affect survivors of domestic violence in the future.
