This presentation will explain the history, purpose, and effect of AB 2369 from 2022--led by the bill's sponsor, FVAP--which amended how attorney's fees work in DVPA proceedings (Family Code section 6344). Attendees will know when and how to seek attorney's fees, as either a petitioner or respondent, including in mutual DVRO cases.
