Housing and Employment: Legal Rights of Survivors of Domestic Violence
The presentation discusses the protections available to keep survivors in stable public and private housing, including a review of move-out orders and the basics of housing law as it relates to domestic violence. This program will highlight the legal protections available to survivors to maintain and obtain employment in order to secure economic stability and prevent homelessness among the survivor community.
