2018 Developments in CA Domestic Violence Case Law
This training covers 2018 California family law cases directly affecting survivors of domestic violence and their children. The cases deal with custody, immigration, restraining orders, anti-SLAPP motions, the right to a free court reporter, termination of parental rights, and criminal matters. The goal of the training is to equip attorneys and others working with survivors of domestic violence and their children with the latest tools and information to ensure the best outcome possible for their clients in family courts. The Family Violence Appellate Project will provide 1.25 general MCLE credits.
