Notice of Appeal Video

This short, five-minute video is meant to explain what a Notice of Appeal is, how one calculates the deadline relate to the Notice, how to find the form, how to file the form and what FVAP can and can not do to help.

Please note appealing other types of cases, such as unlawful detainers/evictions, involves different, sometimes shorter, deadlines.  Please see FVAP’s other resources on appeal deadlines and information for those other case types.
